Join Educational Chef and Food Healer Mercedes Melendez on a journey of taste and energy.

In this introductory class we will uncover some of the history of food energetics, the importance of understanding the different energies of food, and the techniques to discover the energy of what we eat. There will be a meditation exercise as well as a fun intuitive game to see if you can feel, taste, and see which food is grown organically, locally, and the energy associated with it. During this two-hour course, we will tantalize our taste buds and train our sense. Before closing, we will enjoy a delicious, quick treat combining some of the knowledge covered and foods discussed to send you on your way buzzing and grateful. We hope to see you there and that you come ready to snack and learn!

Cost of class is $25 (we encourage you to bring your own teacup, small bowl, and spoon).
